At Melotte, every pair is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to make it right.


🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility

  • We do offer Exchange for Size & Fit.

  • Refunds are only applicable for products that are:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrect item shipped

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide photo/video proof of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • customer is responsible for sending the product to our warehouse. Contact us via email or support to get the address.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued as store credits (valid for 12 months).

  • We do not issue monetary refunds unless the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or shipping issues on our end.

  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged item.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.


🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Worn or washed items

  • Requests beyond 7 days of delivery

  • Items without original packaging or tags
