To qualify for a refund:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide photo/video proof of the issue.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued as store credits (valid for 12 months).

We do not issue monetary refunds unless the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or shipping issues on our end.
